He`s declaring his own personal war on crime and he doesn`t want your kind around here any more. The story revolves around a Philadelphia deli owner played by Tom Skerritt who is sick of his neighborhood degenerating into a crime battered war zone. Deciding to form a a Guardian Angels-type citizens patrol, he gets in hot water with the local politicians, police and even the the Italian mob, not to mention sadistic pimp Pete Ricahrdson and his crew.
